Heart to Heart - Photography

This photo I took of my two cousins. I especially love the nice jawline of the little one and his lovely stunning green eyes. I love the demanding gaze of both, and the friendly, happy smile of the girl. This photo makes me smile. Hope it makes you smile too!

Fancy Tea? - Photography

Fancy a cup of tea? Reminds me of those old British customs...

Oxford Street - Photography

Who knew a street could be SO long? In the weeks when I had to go to the National Art School in Sydney, I dreaded going up this street! It killed my legs and I just did not like anything presented there. Totally ewww and it made the journey less desirable. Sigh!

Katy Jennings - Artist

I also came across this artist today. Love her work - nice watercolour touches and great sketching! Love the subject matter too!

Clare Scully - Artist

Check out amazing works from Clare Scully! Beautiful complex designs and illustrations that leave you gaping! Absolutely admire her works!

Splash! #2 - Photography

On a day going out to fish, we went to Stanwell Park and on the Bridge to take a little walk and enjoy the wonderful view of the rocks and waves that clashed onto them. It was very lovely and I particularly enjoyed taking these photos. The waves looked marvellous - splashing white against the different shaded rocks. Each splash put a smile on my face. I just loved it! It was harmonious, peaceful, and the colour of the water brought great tranquility. It's worth a drive to that place!

Rusty - Photography

I never thought much about this little artifact... if it is one. I remember my father buying it for my brother when he was very little. He never made any use of it. As I look at it now, I just think, why not? Well, obviously because it is not a toy and you can't really play with it because it'll break. I just couldn't help wondering, how did I miss such a fine object? It looks very old, almost historical. It's rusty, the paint is showing signs of wear and it looks very classy. I decided to make the photo less saturated than it already was to add an effect which makes it look as it does appear. The bicycle is much more yellow. Anyway, this is what I got from it! Really happy about it, too!

Streets of Newtown - Photography

I had to go to the dentist... actually, no. My BROTHER had to go to the dentist and my mother picked me up to go. The streets of Newtown are very narrow and there's practically NO place to park! Luckily, we found a parking spot near a kerb... gazzilion metres away from the dentist. I decided to wait and stay in the car. Good for me because around me I saw many amazing terrace houses! I didn't have my camera, only my phone, so I couldn't take good photos that much. But this is the best that I captured! I especially love the weeds/plant that is growing on the side of the house, practically downing it. It looks awesome! If only these houses were cheap... I'd rent one any day!

The Ships Inn - Photography

Days and days go by and we age... so does The Ships Inn - a dart board we bought SO many years ago and only just now, with a new paragola and advanced backyard, we finally have a place for it. It was so new and look at it now... nothing really does last, does it?

Mmmm... Icecream!

These aren't my photos, but I found them on my cousin's Facebook page of her daughter. Absolutely love them! She looks so adorable!
